PLATINUM: 70K POINTS

Come as a guest and come back as a friend! We know you by your first name. And you know by now, that at any Paralos Hotel awaits you unpretentious quality and genuine Greek hospitality. Unlock your Platinum Paralos experience.

POINTS AND TIERS IMPORTANT NOTES

Upon completing your membership application, you will be automatically placed in the Silver tier. You can start benefiting from its perks immediately during your inaugural visit.
Member accounts without stays in three (or five for Platinum tier) consecutive calendar years are deactivated.
Account reactivation is performed with another paid stay
Non active accounts cannot redeem their points, though they retain their tier benefits.

HOW TO EARN POINTS

You earn points every time you stay at a Paralos Hotel. The number of points depend both on your accommodation (room & board), as well as on the amount of your extras:

POINTS FOR YOUR ACCOMMODATION (Room & Board):

If your booking is directly with the hotel, the number of accommodation points to be earned depends on the amount paid for your room and your board.

If your booking is indirect, the accommodation points to be earned is a fixed number per room night that varies according to the hotel and the month of your stay.

POINTS PER EURO SPENT FOR DIRECT BOOKINGS

Accommodation agreement (room & board) 10 points per Euro

Calculation of the above points will be based on the net amount (excluding taxes) as shown on your invoice upon checkout.

POINTS FOR YOUR EXTRAS:

You earn points according to the total value of extras charged in your room bill during your stay.

Calculation of the above points will be based on the net amount (excluding taxes) as shown on your invoice upon checkout.

HOW TO REDEEM YOUR POINTS

You can redeem the points you earned with free nights and / or consumption in any Food & Beverage Department in any of our hotels.

To redeem your award points for Free Nights please Sign-in in the Lifestyle Experience with your username and password and select the Redeem / Redeem for Free Nights option.

To redeem your award points for consumption in Food & Beverage departments please refer to the Guest Relations during your stay.
